On a very wet Sunday afternoon 26 June 2016 Simon Manning passed the chain of office to Martin Garcia
It was a fun event with all most 100 people present in the Tawa Bowling Club rooms; the home of DG Martin Garcia's Rotary Club of Tawa. Mitchell Brown of Takaro Rotary Club was introduced as the DG Elect and Marion Johnston of the Wanganui North Club as the DG Nominee. Pat Waite chaired the event and there was entertainment from members of the Viruoso String Orchestra which is made up of primary school children from Porirua. Below are a few photos
