Notice of District Special General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that, as Governor of Rotary District 9940 for 2016-17, I Martin Garcia, am convening a Special General Meeting (SGM) under Rule 6.03 of the District Constitution to propose a Special Resolution to make a change to the District Constitution as provided for under Rules 10.02 and 10.09 of the District Constitution.  The calling of this SGM and the Special Resolution have been agreed by the Governor for 2017-18.

 

Place: Palmerston North Fire Station, 50 Cook Street, Palmerston North.

 

Date and time: Saturday 1 July 2017 at 3 pm.

 

Nature of business: To propose the adoption of the following text to replace clause 8.04 of the District Constitution

 

This meeting is being held before the District Changeover event (see district event calendar)
