All members in the district who have a vodafone email address (xxx@clear.net.nz or xxx@paradise.net.nz) will by now have been advised by vodafone they need to get a new email address by 30 November.
 
Please remember to update your member profile in clubrunner (ie you club website if you have one or the district website otherwise) with your new email address - otherwise you are going to miss out on communications. 
Club secretaries please ensure your members are reminded and check your membership database for any missing updates.
 
If you have not already logged into clubrunner, please read this to get your login and password:
http://rotary9940.org/page/logging-in-to-the-website. This will get you logged in to the district website. If your club is subscribed to clubrunner for your club website, the instructions are identical except you start at your club website, not the district website.
 
Please, please, DO NOT update your information in MyRotary. Clubrunner is the only place to go because it will synchronise any changes automatically back to MyRotary.
Note: Upper Hutt Club members, please contact me first. There are some issues with your clubrunner member database that need fixing first.
