The new 2022 Act requires that all existing Incorporated Societies at April 2022 (ie our Rotary Clubs) re-register by April 2026.

Failure to achieve this will result in the automatic cancellation of incorporated status with very large consequences for the affected Club.

A Club that is not an Incorporated Society creates very large legal risks for all its members as individuals and the Club would not be covered by the Rotary Insurance held by District on behalf of all Clubs. Essentially, every member individually would become liable for any claims made against the Club.
